Philadelphia, Tennessee

Your customers are searching.
Right now they find nothing.

I build clean, fast websites for local businesses across Loudon, Monroe and McMinn counties. Fixed price, live in about a week, and you own everything at the end.

What you get

Everything a local business actually needs. Nothing it doesn't.

No dashboards to learn, no plugins to update, no monthly software you didn't ask for.

Built for phones first

Most customers are on a phone, often standing in the problem. Loads in under a second on cell data, with the call button always on screen.

Findable by design

Proper page structure, business schema, and a sitemap, so search engines can read who you are, where you are, and what you do.

Your Google listing, fixed

Listing claimed, categories corrected, hours and service area filled in, and the new site attached to it. Often what moves the needle fastest.

Nothing to maintain

No WordPress, no plugins, no security patches, no site that breaks because something auto-updated at 2am. Plain fast pages that stay up.

Pages per town

Separate pages for each service and each town you cover, so you show up for the trade plus the place — which is how people actually search.

Actually local

I'm in Philadelphia, twenty minutes from most of the county. If something's wrong you call me, and I answer.

How it works

Four steps, about a week.

You'll see the actual site before you commit to anything.

You look at a homepage I already built

Before we ever talk money, I build you a real homepage using your business details and put it on a link. Not a mockup or a slideshow — the actual working page. If you don't like it, you don't owe me anything.

Free · nothing owed

Fifteen minutes on the phone

Your services, your hours, the towns you cover, what customers ask before they hire you, and what you'd want changed. I write down what "done" means in your words so there's no argument later.

Day one

I build it out

Full site, your photos, your Google listing wired in, and a domain registered in your name. Two rounds of changes are included, and in practice I keep going until it's right.

About five business days

It goes live and it's yours

You get the domain login, the files, and a number to call when something needs changing. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I hand it over and help.

End of week one

Price

The number, up front.

Most people in this business make you sit through a call before they'll tell you. Here it is.

Talk it through

The monthly is optional and cancellable any month. It covers hosting, your domain renewal, security, and text or photo changes whenever you call. Cancel it and the site is still yours — I hand over the files and help you move. The domain goes in your name on your card from day one, so there's nothing for me to hold over you.

Who you're dealing with

You talk to the person building it.

I'm Collin Gallegos. I build these myself, out of Philadelphia. There's no account manager, no sales team, and no ticket queue — when you call about a change, you're calling the person who wrote the page.

I work with businesses that already have real customers and real reviews but nowhere for people to land when they search. Usually the site is done and live in about a week.

I'll build the first page before you commit to anything. If it's not right, tell me what's wrong and I'll change it. If you don't want it, you owe me nothing and I delete it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name on your card, and the files are yours. If you ever want to leave, I hand you everything and help you move it. No hostage situations — in a county this size that would end my business.

What if I don't like it?

Tell me what's wrong and I'll fix it. Two rounds of changes are included and in practice I keep going until you're happy. If you decide you don't want the site at all before it goes live, you don't pay the balance.

I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?

Facebook is good for people who already follow you. It won't come up when a stranger searches your trade at 9pm with an emergency, you can't put it on a truck door, and Facebook can change or lock the page whenever they feel like it. A website is the one address you control.

How long does it really take?

About a week from when I have your photos and details. The free preview homepage is usually ready a day or two after we first talk. The thing that slows projects down is photos — start taking them on your phone now.

Do I need to buy a domain?

Yes, and it's about twelve dollars a year. I'll walk you through registering it in your own name. I don't want it in mine and neither should you.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is lying to you. What I can do is build the site so search engines can read it properly, get your Google listing filled out correctly, and make sure you actually show up when someone searches your trade near your town — which for most local businesses matters more than ranking for anything else.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, a handful of photos of your work, your hours, and fifteen minutes on the phone. I write the first draft of everything else and you correct it.
